Prior to closing, Fairway Villas buyers are invited to a "Pre-Occupancy Orientation" at which time Fairway Villa's on-site Quality Assurance Customer Care Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all systems and inspect every aspect of the residence, answer questions and identify any remaining work to complete.

Fairway Villas' Customer Care Team will visit approximately 45 days following closing to complete adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks
of residency.

Fairway Villas' experienced and knowledgeable Customer Care Team addresses other items, excepting normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
