Immediate Release Fairway Villas and Catawba Island Club had a dual ground breaking ceremony at Catawba Island Club on Thursday, June 30. The ground breaking was to announce and celebrate the official construction of the Fairway Villas, a 160 ranch villa condominium community complete with a Community Center and swimming pool and the construction of the next phase of Catawba Island Club's 18 hole Arthur Hills Golf Course. Tom Bohlander, the developer of Fairway Villas, stated that construction is on schedule and that acceptance of the community has been great, already having 100 sales and reservations in just 4 months. according to Bohlander, Phase I is completely sold out with completion of the 40 condos in Phase I scheduled for late Fall 2005 and early Winter 2006.
